Hello all- New here. Found this pitcher at the Salvation Army thrift store today. I liked it because it resembles the fiesta ware that I collect, but it has a different ring pattern and isn't marked on the bottom. Any info on what it is would be appreciated. Thanks! Also, couldn't get more than 1 photo to upload. Can happily email addl photos if you think you can help out. Thanks!

Although I understand some people say really old fiesta is unmarked. It looks like it might be from a company called Cronin. I think the ones I found might be smaller than yours. I think pattern is Sevilla. I am just recently learning about fiesta and got my first piece at a thrift store last week for $1.50. I might be hooked. http://domesticateddilettante.wordpress.com/tag/fiesta/ ( scroll down till you see it in pink) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Early-Vintage-P ... 0785887984 http://www.replacements.com/webquote/images.htm |

I think you are exactly right. The pitcher matches perfectly the one listed on eBay, color and all. I had never heard of that company before. Thank you! I collect my Fiesta pieces one at a time at rummage sales and thrift stores. Some old, some new. I love the thrill of the hunt. I started my collection 6 years ago when I scored 16 Fiesta dinner plates for $1 each at the Salvation Army. I am totally hooked. Thanks for the info! |
